About Us

Each Client’s Circumstances are Unique. We understand that your financial circumstances are unique. Accordingly, we recognize the importance of modifying your mortgage based on your personal financial needs.

If you are behind on your mortgage payments or anticipate not being able to make your payments, we can help. Contact us today for a Free Loan Modification Consultation.

We work to avoid foreclosure and make your monthly mortgage payments affordable. We offer loss mitigation solutions that benefit the Borrower and the Lender. Following a thorough analysis of your situation, we will work with you and your Lender to come up with a loss mitigation solution tailored to your unique circumstances, which may include any of the following:
  • Reinstate your Mortgage
  • Modify your Loan - Your existing loan will be modified to include a new interest rate, new monthly payment and a new term
  • Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure If the Borrower lists the house for sale at a fair market value for at least 30 days and the house is not sold, the Lender may decide to accept the deed ‘in lieu of foreclosure’(instead of foreclosure). The mortgage balance is forgiven and the Borrower avoids having to defend a foreclosure proceeding
  • Short Sale Agreement - The Lender allows the Borrower to list the house for sale at a price lower than the amount of the mortgage balance and forgives the Borrower the balance of the loan.
